Privacy and giving terms

This page covers information collected on safwgs.org — the contact form, Paystack payments, and the Impact Shop cart. It is written in plain language, not as a substitute for legal advice.

Who we are

Salma Attah Foundation for Women and Girls Support (SAFWGS) is a nonprofit based in Minna, Niger State, Nigeria. Questions about this page: info@safwgs.org.

Information we collect

We only ask for what we need to reply, confirm a gift, or deliver an order.

  • Contact form. Name, email, optional phone, topic, and message. We use this to reply.
  • Friends of SAFWGS and impact gifts. Name and email so Paystack can take payment and so we can send a confirmation.
  • Impact Shop merchandise. Name, email, phone, and delivery address so we can send the order. You may add an optional note.
  • Bank transfer donate page. That page lists account details. It does not collect your name or email.

Payments

Card and other online payments are processed by Paystack. Card numbers and related payment details are entered on Paystack’s checkout. SAFWGS does not store card details.

After a successful payment we receive a reference, the amount, and the name and email you entered. We use that to confirm the gift or order and to email you a record of it.

Friends of SAFWGS gifts are one-time. This site does not set up a recurring subscription.

Paystack has its own privacy policy. Read it on Paystack’s website if you want detail on how they handle card data.

How we use and keep information

We use the information you submit to:

  • Reply to messages sent through the contact form
  • Confirm donations and shop orders
  • Deliver merchandise to the address you give
  • Keep a record of gifts and orders for accounting

We do not sell this information. We do not use it for advertising networks.

Messages and order emails go to info@safwgs.org. Hosting and email delivery are provided by the services this website already uses (including the site host and Resend for transactional mail).

If you want a copy of what we hold about a payment or message, or you want it corrected or deleted, write to info@safwgs.org. We may need to keep a payment record where the law or our bank requires it.

Giving terms

Gifts support SAFWGS programmes already underway in Niger State — including education, civic participation, and advocacy. Annual reports are the public record of that work.

An email confirmation after Paystack is our record of your gift or purchase. If you need a formal receipt, write to info@safwgs.org with the payment reference.

Impact gifts are a donation tied to a programme. Nothing is shipped. Merchandise and Kallabi items are physical goods; you provide a delivery address at checkout.

This page does not describe tax treatment of gifts. If you need that for your own records, ask your adviser or write to us and we will say what we can from our side.
